When is the best time to sow wildflower seeds?

We would advise that you sow during March and April or in September and October, but this is dependant on soil conditions. On lighter soils, autumn-sown seeds generally germinate and establish quickly, although some will not come up until the following spring. Avoid sowing on waterlogged heavy soils, and wait until soil conditions have improved.
